We are currently looking for the important role of a BSO (Business Support Operations) advisor in our Kladno Factory in the Czech republic. You will play a meaningful role of hiring updating maintaining and reporting across all employees data.
The main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both personal and organisational) are accurate and always updated globally. The data is then used by many other departments (payroll reporting planning.) which underlines the importance of its quality.
The Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master data department in the BSO. We need employees all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department valuing collaboration quality and fun in the everyday life!
