Run cases in the field out of their home

Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Break/fix of Various equipment respond to various service requests

TOP 2 required skills: Hands on experience with Printer repairs Good customer skills

Requires excellent customer service skills and note taking ability.

Printer and wide format printer experience preferred.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.

Daily driving miles: 50-100 (Fuel re-imbursement)

Should be located within 40 miles of Waukesha WI 53186

Scope:

Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.

Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.

Trains onsite employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders and replaces parts as needed.

Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers needs.

Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision.

Typically reports to a manager.

Pay Rate: $18
