ISP Finance Assistant Role Profile

Purpose of Role

Support the administrative and accounting management of the finance department by compiling recording monitoring and performing basic analysis of financial information. Your work will help to maintain the accuracy of financial records facilitate the preparation of reports and support the implementation of budgetary accounting and internal control processes that ensure the smooth financial running of the school.

ISP Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and payments.

Maintain financial records and documentation.

Assist with payroll processing.

Support the preparation of financial reports.

Skills Qualifications and Experience

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in accounting software.
