Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures of University of Hawaii personnel and fiscal administration of the University of Hawaii.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of University of Hawaii personnel and fiscal administration
Ability to analyze interpret and apply financial rules and regulations to a variety of work situations
Experience with higher education accounting systems
Knowledge of Kuali Financial System (KFS) and RCUH (Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii) systems.
