Job Title: Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support orthodontic procedures patient care and practice operations. This role involves assisting the dentist during treatments preparing treatment areas educating patients and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for orthodontic procedures.
Assist the dentist with patient care positioning instruments and handling orthodontic appliances.
Educate patients on treatment plans oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
Assist with patient scheduling and front-office tasks as needed.
Support treatment planning billing insurance coordination and accurate expense documentation.
Maintain office inventory including supplies and equipment.
Address patient and staff concerns professionally and courteously.
Foster a positive collaborative and team-focused work environment.
