Job Summary

Naumi Wellington consists of two hotels in one location in the heart of Cuba Street. Naumi Studio Wellington is an iconic heritage landmark with 116 rooms and Naumi Hotels Wellington boasts 62 large Suites. Both hotels are a visual feast for the senses not to mention our highly ranked restaurant in Wellington Lola Rouge restaurant and bar.

Were looking for an F&B Supervisor who brings the same energy to the table someone who can lead with heart think on their feet and deliver seamless experiences across our Conference & Events spaces and other F&B outlets.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will assist in planning & executing conference and event operations while ensuring guests are provided with a prompt & efficient addition you will also assist with setup and service for any conferencing and social events that take place at the hotel.

Bring with you

  • Prior F&B Supervisory or Team Leader experience ideally with a strong background in Conference & Events operations
  • Enthusiasm & initiative to make a difference
  • Exceptional eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Flexible and creative approach to problem solving

  • Lead and support the daily operations of our Conference & Events service
  • Supervise and motivate the F&B team across all outlets ensuring top-notch service and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the Sales & Events team to deliver setups memorable dining experiences and flawless execution
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Ensure Food & Beverage and Conference facilities and equipment are well maintained
  • Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
