Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- 领导生产工艺区域的维修团队机械和电气完成有效的设备维护保养确保生产线平稳运行
- Leading mechanical and electrical team to implement effective maintenance of processing equipment to ensure processing line smooth and efficient running.
- 发起和管理生产工艺设备相关的持续改善项目提高设备的可靠性人员利用率和质量相关的改进项目
- Initiate and manage processing equipment related CI project to improve the processing equipment reliability labor utilization and support to improve product quality as well.
- 建立有效的维修流程通过有效的维修计划确保设备的正常使用
- Set up effective maintenance process to ensure the equipment reliability by effective
Maintenance planning and schedule
- 有效的维护过程管理确保供应商符合雅培的GMP和安全要求
- Effective maintenance activity management including vendor on site management to ensure good GMP and EHS compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- 本科及以上学历工学或相关学科专业
- Bachelors degree or above and major in engineering or related majors
- 快速消费品化工或制药行业的工作经验
Working experience in FMCG chemical or pharmaceutical industries
- 8年以上机械维修及工程领域工作经验3至4年管理职位; 具有良好的组织能力激励和发展员工
At least 5 years working experience on mechanical maintenance and engineering field and 2-3 years of management position; Have good skills of organization inspire and develop employees
- 熟悉Auto-CADMs office 和维护系统管理
Familiar with Auto-CAD MS office maintenance management system
- 良好的沟通领导能力解决问题能力人际交往能力和团队合作能力
Good communication leadership problem solving interpersonal and teamwork skills
- 良好的中英文听说读写能力
- Good written and oral English
