Senior Technical Implementation Consultant

Red Pepper Software is looking for an experienced Senior Technical
Implementation Consultant with a minimum 3 years experience with Qualtrics
and 5 years experience consulting/implementation to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and
communication skills who can build strong long-lasting relationships with
clients. As a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant you will be
responsible for managing complex technical implementations independently
or within a team providing solutions and designing and documenting
functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation
process and manage projects to completion.
- Help clients understand project plans timelines requirements and
scope projects accordingly.
- Design and propose technical solutions that align with the clients
business needs and project goals.
- Identify analyze and solve complex technical implementation
challenges.
- Conduct weekly online meetings with clients and provide software
training.
- Communicate project plan budget updates and solutions to client
weekly
- Create Dashboards
- Understand the nature of each clients business and customize the
implementation accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics changes and best practices.
- Obtain technical certification on various platforms.
- Manipulate data within spreadsheets
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and grow opportunities

Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in a consulting or client-facing role; SaaS
implementation experience is required
- 3 years experience using and/or implementing Qualtrics
(understanding of CX and EX platforms preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Proactive self-motivated dependable and able to meet deadlines with a
high level of autonomy and accountability
- Experience conducting online meetings
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable learning new technologies
- On-site position in our Pleasant Grove UT office M-F preferred but not
