Travel Reservation Consultant (Remote)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Reservation Consultant to support clients with planning and booking travel experiences. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others managing reservations and delivering excellent customer service in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with travel inquiries and reservation requests
Book and manage flights accommodations cruises and vacation packages
Provide accurate quotes confirmations and travel documentation
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
Communicate professionally via phone email and online systems

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
Travel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
