We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our fast-growing SaaS business. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning forecasting and performance analysis with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel scalable growth.
Your tasks:
- Support the financial planning process including annual budgets quarterly forecasts and long-range strategic plans tailored to a SaaS business model
- Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR CAC CLTV churn net retention and payback periods
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning pricing strategies and go-to-market investments
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business objectives
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis executive dashboards and actionable insights
- Support Board and investor reporting including preparation of presentations and financial narratives
- Support automation and improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g. Solution 7 Salesforce and NetSuite)
Your skillset:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- Experience in FP&A with experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Experience working for a PE-backed business is a plus
- Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
