Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Strategy or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years experience within the banking sector ideally in retail or business banking strategy payments or product development.
- Proven experience in developing launching and managing credit and debit card products.
- Strong capability in financial modelling forecasting and data interpretation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI or analytical tools advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data and trend analysis to identify insights and opportunities supporting business growth.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable strategies aligned with the banks card and payments roadmap.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to evaluate performance and profitability.
- Lead and support the development launch and management of credit and debit card products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product finance digital and risk to deliver strategic projects effectively.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform product positioning and business decisions.
- Prepare strategic reports presentations and business cases for executive stakeholders.
- Support ongoing digital transformation and payments innovation initiatives.
