My client is looking for a hands-on high-performing Operations Manager to take charge of their transport warehouse and distribution department. Youll be the engine behind their daily operations. Leading teams streamlining processes and driving performance to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of end-to-end transport warehouse and distribution operations.
Lead coach and inspire your team to deliver excellence every day.
Analyse data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Partner with customers suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless service.
Ensure that SHEQ standard are maintained.
Identify potential risks to the business.
Keep track of stock using the warehouse management system.

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years experience in logistics transport or warehouse management.
A proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Confidence using modern logistics tools and systems (WMS/TMS/SAP).
Energy drive and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Degree/Diploma is advantageous (Transport/Logistics)
