**This will be a float position that will work between Enloe Advanced Imaging Esplanade Springfield and Enloe Breast Imaging as needed**
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards policies and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs coordinates patient care and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. All nursing practice policies & procedures & quality practice are overseen by the Vice President of Nursing Services.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- One year of nursing experience
Desired:
- Outpatient Radiology experience
- Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery
- Critical Care experience
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Current PALS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Current RCM Certification (Radiopaque Contrast Media) obtained within 30 days of employment (dept tracks)
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Must demonstrate technical competence professional clinical judgment communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
