This is an incredible opportunity for a driven professional who loves balancing operational precision with a personal touch.

Compensation and Benefits: $48000 - $53000 per year depending on experience.

What Youll Be Doing:

As our Hotel Operations Manager youll be at the heart of the guest experience leading daily operations empowering staff and ensuring our property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading the Front Desk & Housekeeping teams to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
• Coaching and developing associates ensuring they have the tools and training to shine.
• Monitoring occupancy budgets and workflow to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Ensuring cleanliness and quality across all guest rooms and public spaces.
• Collaborating with other department heads to deliver seamless experiences that delight every guest.
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy professionalism and creativity.

What Were Looking For:

• Were searching for a hands-on leader who brings:
• 5 years of hotel operations experience including 2 in a supervisory or management role.
• A proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems guest service standards and housekeeping operations.
• Excellent communication organization and decision-making skills.
• A flexible can-do attitude with availability on weekends evenings and holidays.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
