VP Operations - New York

Salary Range: $200000 - $230000 annually.

What youll be responsible for:

The selected candidate for the VP Operations role will lead operational strategy and execution at the highest level driving enterprise-wide transformation and building the infrastructure to support ambitious growth. You will report directly to the C-suite and own the operational foundation of the business. You will:

• Define and execute the operational strategy setting priorities allocating resources and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Build lead and develop high-performing operations teams attracting top talent fostering a culture of excellence and developing future leaders
• Build and scale operating models governance structures and systems that enable the company to grow efficiently
• Partner with the executive team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives
• Establish enterprise-wide metrics dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into business performance and operational health
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team contributing to overall business strategy and representing operations in board-level discussions
  

Youll be a strong match if you have:

• 10 years of experience in consulting (MBB preferred)
• A proven track record of leading operations at scale including building new functions from scratch transforming underperforming operations or driving enterprise-wide change
• Strategic vision combined with operational excellenceyou set ambitious goals and ensure flawless execution
• Deep expertise across multiple operational domains (process design supply chain technology operations organizational design performance management)
• Executive presence and influence i.e. you operate effectively at the C-suite and board level drive alignment across the organization and represent the company externally
• Track record of delivering transformational results with measurable improvements in efficiency cost reduction revenue growth or customer satisfaction
