Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- This frontline role is essential to providing daily support and ensuring a safe respectful and structured living environment for the veterans we serve
- Veteran-Centered Service: Deliver daily essential services such as meals hygiene supplies and shelter with dignity and care
- Customer Service Excellence: Support veterans with their needs concerns and transitions-including move-ins and move-outs-while maintaining a client-first approach
- Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Respond to and help prevent verbal and physical altercations; document incidents and report to site leadership promptly
- Safety & Emergency Procedures: Implement and uphold all safety protocols including bed checks emergency response actions and room inspections to ensure a clean and hazard-free facility
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and residential staff to maintain a therapeutic and supportive environment
- Facility Upkeep: Assist with facility cleanliness maintenance inventory supply needs and preparation for inspections
- Routine Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain logs reports and documentation of services safety checks and client interactions
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations and apply sound judgment
- Commitment to fostering a safe sober and respectful environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Gain meaningful experience in residential services case coordination and veteran care
