Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or social media promptly and professionally.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Educate customers on product features updates and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.
Maintain knowledge of company products services and policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service support or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
