Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or social media promptly and professionally.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Educate customers on product features updates and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process improvements.

  • Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products services and policies.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service support or a related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
