Description

Office & Facilities Administrator

Location: Adelaide

Employment type: Permanent Part-Time (15 hours per week)

Salary: $72300 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging

About the role

Were seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Office and Facilities Administrator to help ensure the smooth daily running of our Adelaide office. This is a part-time morning-only role (15 hours per week) with work hours from 8:30am/9:00am start until 11:30am/12:00pm finish Monday to Friday.

Youll be responsible for mail supplies fleet and contractor coordination office access and general support that keeps our office functioning effectively.

Key duties include:

  • Managing mail operations and ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining kitchen areas and organising contractor access
  • Managing office access cards and supporting archiving/document storage
  • Coordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team
  • Supporting the national Facilities and Procurement team as needed

Skills And Experiences

About you

Youre a great communicator with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail. Youre happy to be the go-to person who keeps things moving behind the scenes.

  • Experience in office admin customer service or facilities support
  • Comfortable managing supplies emails systems and physical tasks
  • A friendly proactive team player with good time management
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Current drivers licence
