Summary of Role:
This role falls under Directory Management Operations as part of the Directory Monitoring and Support sub team working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise-wide solutions. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting the management patching support maintenance and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains Azure cloud environments the tools supporting them and end users using the service. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues documenting processes and procedures and participating in program / project calls.
What You Will Do:
Configuring and managing monitoring solutions
Troubleshooting user reported issues via service desk ticket
Installation customization configuration and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
Develop documentation workflow diagrams and assist with the creation of test scripts
Participate in projects that require Identity and Access Management (IAM) team involvement
Oversee production releases
Monitor delivery against SLAs
Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree 9 years of relevant experience
Experience with Active Directory and server monitoring processes and solutions
Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell SQL access excel) and data mapping
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail including the ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance
Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet capturesand experience using Splunk for log analysis
