Evaluating every role in the organisation as part of the Equal Pay Programme is one of the Birminghams key objectives for 2025.
To be able to achieve this we are looking for a further 6 Job Evaluators to join the team on a fixed term contract until 30th September 2026. These additional roles will be fundamental to the successful delivery of the programme.

Successful applicants will be expected to work from Council House in Birmingham following the theoretical training 3 days a week this is to ensure consistency of evaluation across the evaluating team.
