Job Description

主な職務内容
安定生産安定出荷に貢献しリーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献

* 製造ラインにおける製品の組立検査調整作業
* 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
* 製造装置の操作メンテナンスおよびトラブルシューティング
* 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
* 製造記録の正確な作成と管理
* 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
* 製造チームとの連携コミュニケーション
* 製造プロセスの標準化効率化への貢献
* 関連部門設計エンジニアリング等との連携

応募資格**
* 高卒以上工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい
* 製造現場での実務経験2年以上
* 製造装置の操作メンテナンスに関する知識
* 品質管理に関する基本的な知識
* 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
* 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力読み書き会話
* 基本的なPCスキルMicrosoft Office等
* 望ましい経験医療機器製造の経験英語でのコミュニケーション能力
