What Youll Do
  • Lead and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets in AI-powered Cloud SaaS and enterprise solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for your domain that align with Oracles vision for AI and digital transformation.
  • Build strong CxO relationships guiding customers through AI-driven business transformation and helping them unlock new opportunities.
  • Partner with solution engineering marketing delivery and alliances teams to drive market penetration and customer success.
  • Coach mentor and develop your team to become trusted advisors and solution experts fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to ensure Oracle remains competitive and relevant in fast-evolving markets.
What Were Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in one or more of the following areas:
    • Cloud Infrastructure (OCI AWS Azure GCP Alibaba Cloud Huawei Cloud etc.)
    • SaaS or ERP / NetSuite / industry-focused applications
    • Consulting / Professional Services Sales
    • Systems or Hardware Sales
  • Track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets through team leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with experience shaping AI-driven solutions and customer transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication stakeholder management and executive presence at all levels.
  • Passion for developing people leading change and creating high-performing motivated teams.
