The Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) is the critical first point of contact for all potential customers who engage with our company. Your primary responsibility is to create an exceptional initial experience by rapidly responding to qualifying and scheduling demos for all inbound generated leads. You will be tasked with conducting effective qualification to understand the prospects business needs articulating their key challenges and preparing a detailed hand-off for our sales teams. Success in this role is defined by speed quality of qualification and seamless communication.

How youll add value:

    • Own Inbound Response Time: Promptly respond to all inbound demo requests via phone within 60 minutes of lead submission.
    • Live Chat Management: Proactively manage our inbound website chat
    • CRM and Tool Discipline: Flawlessly manage and log all activities communications and prospect data within Salesforce and Gong to maintain an accurate pipeline.
    • In-Depth Qualification: Conduct comprehensive conversations with prospects following our qualification framework to identify their core business challenges including pain points and fully understand their needs.
    • Detailed Documentation: Take extensive high-quality notes on every prospect interaction including: specific pain points existing technology platforms decision-making process timeline and lead source. This information is critical for the hand-off.
    • Seamless Handoff: Clearly communicate and coordinate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth prospect journey.
    • Sales Team Partnership: Work closely with the R365 Sales Team to ensure the prospects journey from initial call to demo is successful and pleasant.

What youll need to be successful in this role:

    • Communication & Connection: The proven ability to connect with and initiate a meaningful business conversation with a prospect engaging decision-makers at all levels of a restaurant organization.
    • Clarity & Precision: Clear and highly effective oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on detailed and accurate note-taking.
    • Drive & Competitiveness: A high level of drive ambition and competitiveness; a mindset that you always want to win for the prospect and the team.
    • Organization & Independence: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently to manage a high volume of inbound leads.
    • Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with common Microsoft Office software (Outlook Word Excel). Experience with CRM and sales engagement software (e.g. Salesforce Gong Qualified) is a plus.
    • Industry Preference: Familiarity with business software SaaS or restaurant operations is preferred.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

    • This position has a payrate of $24.24 - $33.93/hour commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/experience time in the role business line and geographic location.
