About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is simple: sell sell sell. Youll be the driving force behind store revenue converting walk-ins into buyers upselling with confidence and creating a standout customer experience.
Reporting directly to the business owners your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the lead on the shop floor engaging customers and driving sales
- Own the daily store operations including opening/closing and presentation
- Manage stock flow including receiving exchanges returns and online orders
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store layout updates
- Assist with basic admin and provide feedback to improve sales strategy
- Collaborate with the owners on promotions and in-store initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
- A consistent track record of smashing sales targets.
- Background in small business ideally in shoe or clothing retail
- Technically proficient with POS systems (including Cin7) Microsoft Office Excel etc..
- Strong communication skills emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset
- Hard-working honest and brings a positive solutions-focused attitude
