Job Summary

Quality Roofing Systems part of the Bone Dry Family is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and installation experience of commercial roofing systems particularly low slope applications and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Entering all jobs into Acumatica
Ordering materials through Acumatica
Arrange for permits
Entering jobs in our system and staying up to date on where jobs are
Work day to day with operations manager and superintendent
Work as the superintendent when necessary if superintendent is unavailable
Start all jobs with meeting with the business owner
Oversee work of on all projects
Perform quality control on all jobs
Putting project manuals together
Help ensure safety on all projects
Collect payment on all projects
Generate and maintain relationships with property managers general contractors and other local avenues of business

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Pass a background check
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
Experience in commercial roofing (repairs production or sales) preferred
Proven ability to lead and manage a team with strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
Military service a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation base range $65k -$90k and performance based incentive commensurate with experience
