Were looking for fun-loving enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Admissions Team and help create magical moments for guests from all over the world. As a Part-Time Admissions Host youll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see setting the tone for an exciting memorable day full of adventure!
What Youll Do
Be a true ambassador of fun greeting and engaging guests with warmth positivity and enthusiasm.
Deliver world-class guest service while ensuring everyone has a safe and magical experience.
Help guests begin their adventure by assisting with ticketing entry and information all with a smile.
Keep the entrance area bright welcoming and well-stocked throughout the day.
Take pride in presentation from your areas cleanliness to your product knowledge.
Support your team in meeting and exceeding daily sales goals.
Ensure our health safety and security standards are always met because keeping the magic safe matters!
Qualifications & Experience
About You
- 6 months 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions attractions entertainment or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun dynamic and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated able to work independently or as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends holidays and special events.
