Background & Purpose of the Job
The Customer Supply Chain Manager is high visibility customer facing role that is primarily focused on the management of Supply Chain relationships with key customers and service providers in a way that optimizes customer satisfaction & expectations while providing TMICC with a strategic advantage and builds customer growth.
Who You Are & What Youll Do
A major focus is to champion adherence to Supply Chain best practices. Youll collaboratively manage multiple links within overall customer supply chain function to achieve excellence in Customer Supply Chain. Working closely with the Customer Operations Manager and cross-functional partners for key customers youll drive growth with customers on successful execution of service and key strategic initiatives.
