Job Summary

Your role

Come and join our Dulux Stores team! We are looking for people centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and excellent experience. We will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.

Day to day you will help a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of marketing leading paints and coatings products.

This full-time role based in our Dulux Acratex Render Texture & Panels Centre in Mitchell ACT. It is essential you are available Monday - Friday and flexible for a rotating Saturday morning roster.

Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
Cash handling / EFTPOS
Assist in maintaining stock levels

Skills & Experience

You enjoy working with people have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift products that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
Building / Construction exposure
