Job Summary
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist / Warehouse Technician to join our team at our Plano TX warehouse.
This is a full-time on-site position supporting logistics operations including work with government contractorsU.S. citizenship is required.
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Receive and document incoming shipments ensuring proper inspection and verification
- Prepare packages for shipment including labeling and documentation
- Load and unload trucks ensuring safe handling of materials
- Create shipping invoices labels and bills of lading (BOL)
- Stack pallets safely for LTL (Less Than Truckload) transport
- Enter data into shipping software (UPS WorldShip FedEx Ship Manager)
- Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
- Update tracking databases with shipment and inventory information
- Stock and locate equipment in designated warehouse areas
- Perform physical inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Act as a material handler for general warehouse operations
- Support inventory management and control processes
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contractor work
- 35 years of warehouse experience with a strong emphasis on shipping and receiving
- Experience with PC hardware and components is a plus
- Proficient in UPS Worldwide and FedEx Ship Manager
- Skilled in creating shipping documentation (invoices labels BOLs)
- Detail-oriented dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
