We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Miami Florida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows by promptly identifying and resolving issues supporting onboarding and training of new team members and collaborating with internal stakeholders and brokers to address queries and challenges. Assist with team performance monitoring manages client renewal processes and contract documentation administers the full cycle of the GC Marketplace e-trading platform maintains compliance with regulatory standards and drives continuous improvement through cross-team collaboration.
We will count on you to:
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure workflow continuity.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brokers to address queries and operational challenges efficiently.
Monitor team performance metrics and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager as needed.
Support client renewal reviews contract drafting and production of final contract documentation.
Manage the full cycle of the GC Marketplace e-trading platform including market submissions and reinsurer participation confirmations.
Maintain core placement files to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements including sanctions AML and ABC policies.
Collaborate across Broking Support and Service Teams participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring business metrics and providing frontline feedback.
What you need to have:
5 years experience in resolving operational issues onboarding stakeholder collaboration performance monitoring client renewals and driving continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Demonstrates operational excellence with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
Builds positive working relationships and supports team collaboration.
Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Adapts flexibly to changing priorities and applies proactive problem-solving skills.
