Note

Applicants must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in property management and 5 years in a senior leadership role with deep familiarity with HOA and condominium association management in Illinois.

Job Description

Lead day-to-day operations across both association and rental management divisions
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the companys growth vision
Mentor and motivate property managers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
Partner directly with ownership on long-term planning and process improvement
Oversee financial performance risk management and compliance with Illinois property laws
Drive innovation through technology systems and operational efficiency improvements
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field
10 years of progressive experience in property management
5 years in senior leadership/executive roles
Proven background managing HOA/condo association and rental operations
Strong knowledge of Illinois property management regulations
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Designations such as CPM ARM PCAM or CMCA preferred

Compensation

$130000 - $140000 base salary plus up to 10% annual bonus potential with $500 monthly health stipend 401(k) paid time off and professional development opportunities.
