Job Summary
Role Overview
This role operates during night shifts to ensure continuous 24/7 trading coverage. You will be responsible for monitoring live trading systems supporting high-frequency strategies and coordinating with internal trading and engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Execute and oversee automated trading strategies under predefined parameters.

Provide real-time technical and operational support for trading applications.

Troubleshoot system or connectivity issues and coordinate escalations with senior traders and engineers.

Analyze trading performance data and identify areas for process or strategy improvement.

Maintain accurate records of trading activity and incidents in line with internal protocols.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in trading operations application support or production support within a financial or technology environment.

Strong understanding of financial markets trading systems and operational risk.

Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments; experience with scripting or programming (Python Rust SQL) is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail under pressure.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across trading and engineering teams.

Bachelors degree in Finance Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Willingness to work night shifts as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
- No trading license or regulatory qualification is required for this role.
Due to work pass constraints this position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
