Your Daily Responsibilities

Review and evaluate video content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.

Accurately assess reported or flagged material for potential policy violations.

Maintain high levels of accuracy integrity and cultural sensitivity when making moderation decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams to clarify policies and share best practices.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new content rules and safety protocols.

Contribute to creating a safe and respectful online environment for all users.
Requirements

German fluency (C1 or higher) and English proficiency (B2 level).

EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not provided).

Willingness to relocate and start your new role in Lisbon as soon as possible.

Strong attention to detail emotional stability and resilience when dealing with sensitive content.

Prior experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus training is provided.
