Location: Braga Portugal
Starting Date: 6 November 2025
Work Model: Remote

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for an exciting international this role you will provide top-quality support to customers ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
07:00 - 19:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications:

Fluent in French and proficient in English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment
