Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts
- Shift hours:
- 08:00 22:00 (Summertime)
- 07:00 21:00 (Wintertime)
- 2 days off per week (rotational)
Role Overview
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international project in this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in French
- Handle customer inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Meet productivity quality and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
Requirements
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in rotative shifts including weekends
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000 (paid over 14 months)
