- Provide high-quality support to clients regarding web solutions and digital tools
- Assist customers with inquiries related to website services and digital marketing
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment
What Were Looking For
Fluent in French and English
Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Motivated enthusiastic and ready to work in a team
Comfortable with rotating shifts MondayFriday 06:0022:00
Working Hours
- Rotating shifts MondayFriday 06:0022:00
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Uber reimbursement up to 25 for early shifts starting at 06:00
