Your Role and Core Responsibilities
Your primary task will be to serve our German-speaking customer base including patients and medical professionals ensuring they receive exceptional service and product support. Key duties include:
- Front-Line Support: Act as the main point of contact expertly addressing all customer questions and issues through phone calls email and chat.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical difficulties related to our specialized medical equipment guiding users toward solutions with patience and clarity.
- Process Management: Accurately handle the documentation processing of orders and coordination of returns strictly following established quality and regulatory procedures.
- Compliance & Records: Diligently record all interactions and outcomes in the system maintaining strict adherence to data privacy and medical guidelines.
- Flexible Schedule: You must be prepared for a rotational 24/7 working schedule (Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off). This involves working varied shifts including occasional night shifts (22:00 07:00) to ensure constant customer availability.
What We Need From You
- Language Skills: You must possess native or C1 fluency in German (written and verbal) and have strong working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Commitment: Willingness to live and work on-site in Porto Portugal.
- Availability: Comfort and commitment to working all shifts within a full rotational schedule including nights and weekends.
- Soft Skills: A natural ability to communicate clearly empathize with customers and solve problems effectively under pressure.
