Job Summary

The Platform Specialist Head of Industry will manage a team of Platform Specialists helping them grow develop and continue to build their book of business. The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical in AMR. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry and team do this via making recommendations to clients about how to best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership. You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Head of Industry and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product feeding back market sentiment on our products. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry should drive an inclusive and open team culture with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The Platform Specialist team are critical to the continued growth and success of our business and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to manage a talented team of Platform Specialists!


  • A minimum of 8 years experience of managing account managers/a client services team
  • Demonstrable account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience
  • Experience in performance advertising the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space
  • Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role


  • Experience in Retail Media Networks with QSR brands Shopping Travel and/ or Health & Fitness clients
  • Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs so that they can provide direction oversight and professional development opportunities
  • Passionate and proven in developing teams driving an inclusive culture of collaboration and shared success. Ability to motivate inspire and guide others towards achieving shared goals
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - in-person on video conference and over-the-phone. Ability to listen effectively socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends combined with the ability to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service
  • Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals.
  • Coach the team to quantify high-impact opportunities make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers.
