Job Summary

Provide upscale guest services experiences for guest throughout their stay
Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
Inform guest of our hotel serviced including breakfast and dining options
Promote all hotel amenities conveniences and programs offered
Recommend local tourist spots including places to dine shop and sight-see

Skills

Proven work experience in Guest Relations preferred
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Retail sales Food and Beverage sales
Ability to work flexible hours including days and nights weekends and holidays
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Deliver excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Prioritization and time management skills
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Cash handling experience
