Business Finance Manager, Gaming

The team you will be part of

As our new Business Finance Manager you will be the primary finance representative providing financial insights and strategic support to the leadership team. This position requires a resourceful business partner who can balance practical financial analysis with strategic discussions all while contributing to an exciting and engaging work environment.

This role does not involve direct people management but instead focuses on business partnership financial analysis and strategic support. You will report to Commercial Finance Director and work closely with regional leadership team.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will

• handle financial reporting planning processes budgeting and long-term planning initiatives
• build and maintain financial tools and processes to enhance transparency and governance
• provide insights and recommendations to support business performance
• act as a trusted finance partner for the leadership team ensuring collaboration and efficient ways of working
• conduct profitability analyses and evaluate business opportunities
• take ownership of the regional P&L and balance sheet including financial controlling during the month-close process

To perform well in the role we imagine that you:

• showcase advanced financial skills combined with proficient business acumen
• show good attention to details and accuracy
• are able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• are keen to take ownership and initiative
• demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and capacity to evolve
• collaborate and communicate well
• hold a Masters degree in finance or a related field and bring 7 years of relevant experience
• are proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI and knowledge of SAP and OneStream would be beneficial
• can work on your own and build connections with your stakeholders effectively and challenge them
• are resilient and thrive in an environment with many changes and setbacks

Your journey with us could be that you in your first month will become familiar with our performance review cycle meet the team and get acquainted with our systems and processes.

By the third month you will be involved in profitability analysis and support efforts to enhance topline and margin development. You will participate in our first yearly forecast review and establish ways of working with regional organization and SDC.

Later in the year you will take the lead of the regional budget process and manage P&L targets. You will play important role in improving our tools and processes.
