About the role

This trainee position offers the opportunity to learn and contribute across different areas including software development functional analysis and technical support within a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.

You will work closely with experienced professionals gaining hands-on experience in integration technologies and best practices in software engineering.

As a part of your job you will:

• Support requirements analysis and troubleshooting under guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to the design build and testing of integration solutions based on business needs
• Assist in production support activities
• Learn and apply best practices in software design and development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Software Development (academic or internship experience is a plus)
• Interest in integration technologies (experience with tools such as WebMethods or Tibco is a plus)
• Eagerness to learn about functional and technical analysis
• Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a learning environment

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and clients
• Strong team spirit combined with a sense of responsibility
• Motivation to work on international projects (and openness to travel if needed)
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Interest in programming (also in brainstorming creating suggesting and building)
