Banking Sector | .NET Developer

• Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code;
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that the coding is done according to best practices;
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Guide and support junior developers promoting good programming practices and helping in the development of their technical and professional skills;
• Create scalable architectures and robust solutions considering performance and scalability for long-term system needs aligned with business requirements;
• Work closely with product teams designers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop efficient solutions;
• Write unit tests and ensure the code is adequately tested focusing on test coverage and maintaining code quality over time;
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance scalability and bug issues in the system working to ensure the stability and reliability of the application;
• Focus on code optimization and performance tuning using advanced profiling and code analysis techniques to ensure applications are fast and efficient;

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in the IT area or equivalent;
• Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;
• Previous working experience in software development with C# .NETCore Azure DevOps;
• Solid experience with SQL Server;
• Cloud Services (plus);
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• French (plus);
