Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The RN will provide high-quality patient care monitor patient conditions and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
