Job Summary

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Mount Olive IL 62069
Employment Type: Full-time Pay Per Visit

Overview: Provide in-home healthcare services to patients in the Mount Olive IL area while delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting. This role involves collaborating with care teams to support positive patient outcomes through skilled nursing services accurate documentation and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes
Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families on care and disease management
Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Flexible scheduling with no long shifts
One weekend per month
Two holidays per year
On-call rotation every 4 to 5 weeks on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 10:00pm

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated annual earnings of $78000 based on pay-per-visit structure
$10000 bonus paid quarterly
Travel reimbursement provided
Full benefits including health dental vision and 401(k)
Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
Associate degree or higher in nursing
Minimum of one year of professional RN experience home health experience preferred
BLS and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Valid driver s license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability to travel locally as required
