Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA assists patients with daily living activities ensures their comfort and safety and supports the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care. This is a PRN position offering flexible hours based on facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming feeding toileting).
Take and record vital signs (temperature pulse respiration blood pressure).
Observe and report changes in patients condition to the nursing staff.
Provide compassionate patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and privacy.
Assist with mobility transferring and positioning of patients.
Support nurses with medical procedures as needed.
Maintain a clean safe and organized patient environment.
Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
