Job Summary

Western Colorado pemier healthcare facility Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our Silt Colorado Outpatient Clinic. Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients so increasing our Rehab staff #s to this position you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients strength ROM balance safety and function. You ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week weekdays will vary. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes! Housing Oppurtunity: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1790/month (studio) $1980 /month (small1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi utilities on-site laundry room and fully furnished. No pets no deposit just move in ready! Based on availability to Travelers during their assignment. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in physical therapy Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred. BLS through the American Heart Association.
