About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join an internationalagile team within a Core Capabilitiesenvironment focused on delivering secure and scalable role involves defining andimplementing best practices for test design and automationcollaborating closely with developers and product owners to ensure softwarequality across the full delivery lifecycle.

This position requires a hands-on professionalwith strong expertise in testautomation frameworks BDD/TDDmethodologies and a continuousintegration mindset.

Main Responsibilities

Quality Assurance &Automation

Design implement and maintain automated test frameworksensuring reliability and performance.

Develop functionalregression and performance test cases aligned with project requirements.

Reinforce quality-firstprinciples within the agile squad and contribute to QA strategyimprovement.

Support the adoption of best practices in test designautomation and documentation.

Collaborate with development teams to ensuresmooth CI/CD integration and fast feedback cycles.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

Participate in Agile rituals (sprintplanning daily stand-ups retrospectives).

Actively contribute to the QA Community promotingtesting standards and automation improvements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improvethe software development and release process.

Technical Skills must appear on your CV

Strongexpertise in Cypress for test automation.

Javaframeworks: Selenium Cucumber and Karate.

Proficiency in Gherkin language and test design techniques.

Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior DrivenDevelopment) and TDD(Test Driven Development).

Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

Hands-on experience with Git and Continuous Integration pipelines(Jenkins GitLab CI etc.).

Knowledge of SQL for test datavalidation and backend testing.

Nice to Have

Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)concepts and protocols.

Familiarity with Keycloak or similar IAMframeworks.

Previous experience in life insurance or banking sectors.

Language Skills

English:Fluent (mandatory)

French:Optional but advantageous
