Join a dedicated Application Production Support team that providesoperational excellence for transversal applications used by internal will combine DevOps engineeringand production support to keepmission-critical services available resilient and continuously improved. Thisrole is highly technical hands-on and requires strong experience with Linux servers automation CI/CD andcloud/container platforms. Onlyapplicants who clearly demonstrate the mandatory skills and experience on theirCV will be considered.
Provide L1/L2functional & technical support for applications (incidents changerequests support items) via ServiceNow/JIRA.
Manage incidentscrisis calls and communications ensuring resolution within SLAs.
Monitor application status and infrastructure server resources; performregular environment validations.
Design install administer and troubleshootapplication environments; propose and implement optimizations.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines automated deployments rollbacks anddelivery industrialization.
Participate in capacity planning continuity& problem management obsolescence and asset management.
Support projects: define solutions validateserver/instance migrations standardize practices and contribute to toolingevolution.
Produce tactical fixes to resume processesquickly and lead root-cause analysis with appropriate escalation.
Contribute to non-functional requirements forapplications before production and to projects that reduce support effort.
Important:you must show relevant examples on your CV of production support DevOpsactivities (incidents handled CI/CD pipelines built migrations validatedautomation scripts on-call experience).
Monitor and report server & applicationhealth; review and improve scripts prior to UAT.
Plan and execute technical tasks; report statusto Project Managers/Tech Leads.
Propose server or script optimizations andimplement them.
Annual capacity planning and continuousimprovements to delivery processes.
Ensure adherence to IT best practices securityguidelines and ITIL processes.
Red HatLinux / Linux server administration proven experience.
DevOps& Automation: Ansible scripting (Python) CI/CD (JenkinsGit/GitLab) Terraform.
Containers& Orchestration: Docker Kubernetes / OpenShift HELM.
Cloud& Managed Services: AWS / Azure / IBM Cloud (practical exposure).
Applicationperformance & monitoring: Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
Git /GitLab (branching CI flows) ArgoCD HashiCorp tools(Vault Terraform).
Experience in industrialization / automation of deliveries deployments androllbacks.
Strong background in production support incident management and operationalrunbooks.
CV must show concrete examples: projects whereyou implemented CI/CD pipelines automated deployments managed Kubernetesclusters handled on-call rotation and resolved production incidents.
