The Opportunity

Were looking for a detail-driven and data-savvy individual to join us as a Data & MIS this role youll manage reporting maintain data quality and support CRM operationsmainly using Excel and Zoho. Youll have the autonomy to structure your work and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role in MIS over time. Responsibility:

• Manage and prioritise data requests ensuring timely and accurate reporting (daily weekly and monthly).
  

• Conduct data validation checks & maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
  

• Automate and enhance recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  

• Develop and maintain documentation for both existing and new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  

• Prepare requirements documentation for new CRM implementations and enhancements.
  

• Lead internal training sessions to strengthen team capabilities in data systems and processes.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel (up to 20%) for audits training and data-related support.

Youre detail-oriented Excel-proficient and naturally driven to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. You enjoy structured work but value the independence to shape how its done. Youre curious about building systems eager to learn and motivated by meaningful work. You see yourself growing into an MIS leadership role in the near future.

• Any degree or diploma (minimum education qualification)
  

• 2 years of experience in managing data systems
  

• Prior experience using Zoho (CRM Creator or Zoho Analytics)
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Mid -Advance level)
  

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  

• Clear written & verbal communication skills
  

• Basic Automation Skills Ability to automate recurring reports and dashboards - using Excel macros/Power Query/ BI tools and SQL
  

• Exposure to SOP documentation or internal process manuals
  

• Training experience
  

• Python programming for automation data processing or integration tasks
  

• No working knowledge of Excel or discomfort with spreadsheets
  

• Resistance to travel or working independently
