Job Summary

We are looking for a creative detail-oriented and business-driven Jewelry Designer & Merchandiser to join

our team. The role involves conceptualizing and designing innovative jewellery collections ensuring

product quality driving customer satisfaction and supporting overall brand and business growth. The

ideal candidate should blend artistic vision with market awareness and strong merchandising skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Development:

Create execute and review product plans aligned with company strategy and market trends.

Identify consumer needs adoption patterns and emerging jewellery trends.

Develop innovative designs including decorative items that reflect market demand and

customer preferences.

Design & Craftsmanship:

Conceptualize and design jewellery collections through sketches CorelDraw and 3D

renderings.

Select suitable gemstones metals and materials based on aesthetics durability and cost.

Oversee prototyping and sampling ensuring feasibility before mass production.

Apply jewellery-making techniques (casting soldering stone setting etc.) with a focus on

quality craftsmanship.

Quality & Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor product quality resolve complaints promptly and ensure timely delivery.

Conduct inspections to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve design merchandising and service.

Communicate proactively with customers regarding product availability or delays.

Merchandising Marketing & Business Development:

Research market trends competitor offerings and consumer behavior to guide design and

merchandising strategies.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch new products and support promotional

campaigns.

Promote collections across digital platforms retail outlets exhibitions and trade shows.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand product reach.

Collaboration & Brand Building:

Work closely with clients to understand and customize jewellery designs per their preferences.

Manage vendor relationships budgeting and inventory control.
